Khoshaf
As part of SESE, 3rd class were learning about Ancient and modern day Egypt. We decided to follow a procedure and make a well known Egyptian dessert, called Khoshaf. Its main ingredients are dried prunes, raisins, figs and apricots. Both 2nd and 3rd really enjoyed making this dessert. And some were even brave enough to taste it!
