We are running the Wild Atlantic Way!
Update: Friday 17th May - after two weeks - we have run as far as Carrowniskey Beach, Co. Mayo!
Update: Tuesday 7th May- just one week in - we have run over 500km and have travelled from Kinsale to Ventry!

Lunchtime Soccer League
All classes had a busy time running around trying to find an Easter Egg in our annual Easter Egg Hunt
We held a poster competition to encourage people to "Do their talking as they're walking". Winners were presented with a Homework Voucher - with a catch - they had to do 15 minutes physical activity on the night they used their voucher!!
Winning posters are displayed around the school to remind us all to do our talking as we're walking!
We also had a draw for all pupils who took part in the 60 minutes physical activity challenge!
Our Playground Leaders have been very busy leading Skipping for 3rd & 4th Class, Dance for 1st & 2nds Class and acting as Referees for Soccer Matches on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

We aim to promote inclusive physical activity throughout the school day

We love our Classroom Activity Breaks....they make us work better!
We regularly go on Field Trips to the library, the butcher, the Garda Station, the Dolphin Centre, The Playground and The Vandeleuer Walled Gardens!
